Chord And Scale Pattern Relationship

Below is a set of charts of the main bar chords that I have listed. Beside each chord is a chart of the major scale pattern that is played with it. These patterns always stay with these chords in relation to each other. The first diagram below shows the G Major Chord, and the pattern beside it is the G Major Scale. It really helps to learn what pattern goes along with what chord because it helps visualize where the five patterns lay in the key your playing in.
